I found them very informative and helpful. I would certainly recommend them. This is the second time we have booked with them and they immediately bought up all the information about us from our previous booking. This made things a lot easier. They were able to answer all of my queries and gave me peace of mind.

Little choice in changed circumstances

The sales person Kelly was as helpful as she could be but the inability to cancel and the requirements of a very high deposit and very early full payment are bad practice and unacceptable.

I WANTED TO CHANGE BOOKINGS .I WAS TOLD WHAT I WOULD GET BACK AND WHAT I COULD GET.I BOOKED A BALCONY CABIN ON MY MONEY BACK.I USED £905 POUNDS OF MY CRUISE MILES ALSO.THIS WAS ALL EXPLAINED TO ME.

Lack of information during lockdown. an email explaining that ROL would contact us the week before departure date would have given us peace of mind we were anxious when we did not receive any information. Eventually we were contacted by Amber Billington who was excellent,her advice convinced us to re-book the cruise for next year at the date we would have sailed.
